评分可以翻译成《无为师道》。“练习，就像在沙地上原地画圈，像是在重复，但每一圈又是新的，而且沙圈的深度确是在变化的。” 和那本《心之道》很像，读完一遍又貌似没读，可能一些浅显的真相道理只要落在纸上总是看上去像废话吧。书配的冥想音频很适合放松催眠。
