非常一般無味的書，雖然標題貌似很吸引。這是一本quotes的書，這個作者引用一堆quotes，然後自己總結了一個"lession"，但總結得非常generic，近乎廢話，而最搞笑的事雖然題目是lessons from sherlock holme，最精彩的quotes反而不是來自於sherlock holme而是來自一篇叫The method of Zadig in the practice of medicine的essay。這篇essay出版於1914年，可以隨便在網上下載。
