It's an intriguing novel. The ignorance of the French history will not impede your enjoyment of the sometimes fun and sometimes exciting plots. Alexanda Dumas is undoubted a gifted story-teller. The translator has of course done justice of Dumas' talents.

All for one, one for all 夹杂法文真是……而且词汇好难这个译者的水平也是略差有点宫斗剧的感觉外国的武侠小说。貌似是Dumas根据史实编写的？背景是法王路易13（1628前后） Milady是大反派吗？我怎么觉得Caidinal才是…… D'Artagnan是后起之秀 Athos心思缜密 Aramis没什么特点感觉 Porthos头脑简单
