Michael的书目里我找了三本，这一本可读性最强（那些编年史bla的怎么写book review！）不像某些史学著作throw terms at readers，词汇也不算艰涩，写得简单明了。吹毛求疵的话，就是case不多，直接结论。作为研究引用的source也许不尽如人意。
