Dr Alison Jane Pickard is course leader for BSc(Hons) Information and Communications Management, BSc(Hons) Information Science and BSc(Hons) Librarianship at the University of Northumbria, where she is also ICM dissertation coordinator. She teaches Research Methods in ICM as well as other subject areas, and has project managed a number of JISC and AHRB research projects
