罗恩·罗泽尔，斯蒂芬·F. 奥斯汀得州之父奖和《影像》杂志创意奖获得者，在得克萨斯州墨西哥湾沿岸地区教授创意写作。他创作的回忆录《走进那个良夜》（Into That Good Night）入选全美笔会奖和得克萨斯州文学研究所卡尔·P. 柯林斯奖的决赛名单，并被《圣安东尼奥快报》评为1998年全美非虚构类最佳作品第二名。他曾经多次指导写作研讨会，两次在密西西比大学纽曼全国会议上作为回忆录创作导师。著有小说《天堂之窗》（The Windows of Heaven）、《一个与众不同的地方》（A Place Apart）等。
