唯独讲述X Window的部分有些老。 原书(http://omega.enstb.org/yannis/)是04年用法语写成的，后来在07年被翻成了英语。 作者好像是搞TeX的，所以这一部分介绍得非常详尽。

评分作者肯定是想着名垂青史写的砖头…… 其实完全应该把font和encoding拆成两本。另外其中至少有1/3的内容就是各种规范、手册缩略版，有注水嫌疑。当然还是帮我彻底搞清了：postscript font type 1,3,42, CID, CCF、truetype、opentype等等……
