中学时，英文课本里提到The winds of war，然后去图书馆找来看，依然记得当时读得酣畅淋漓，那是年少时真正读到一本好小说的感受，是读到一本不是课本的好书的痛快，也是从那时开始经常到图书馆找书看的吧。这也是反战的战争书籍，这本书很能调动情绪，值得一看中学时，英文课...

经典无疑，但读过《巨人的陨落》后再读这本，总感觉少了些代入感和亲切感。同样作为通过小人物的视角展现战争大背景的作品，《巨》的人物塑造和视角的多样性都做的更好，可以通过不同国家，不同阶层的人去了解当时高层人物的想法和大局的走势，人物塑造的也更加有血有肉，让人...

之前我有一段时间除了教科书什么书都读不进去，但是当我看到这套书籍时，我深深地爱上了他。 我并不太喜欢拜伦，我觉得他过于美国化，过于完美，虽然我每次都期待着有他的情节出现 我最喜欢的一个人物还是帕米拉，越看越喜欢这个很有个性的女人

不知道对二战丝毫没有兴趣，但是喜欢小说的人读过这本书会是什么感觉？ 这是我心中关于二战的圣典。和姊妹篇战争与回忆一样，是永远无法逾越的巅峰。
