非常好的法学院考试指导。值得注意的是书中的Forks的意思是分叉，书中讨论的Forks in law是指法律中的岔路。一开始以为forks是吃饭用的叉子，怎么都没看懂。

真是看得伤心 这本书直接把法学院后的生活直直甩了过来 想想未来要受这些分析题目每日十余小时 就开始犯愁....
