《中国医院院长手册》(第1版)自1999年出版发行以来,对中国的医院管理作出了一定的贡献,受到了卫生界的广泛欢迎。2005年9月主编单位济宁医学院附属医院与人民卫生出版社协商本书的修订事宜,并向卫生部、中国医院协会有关领导汇报,于2005年12月15日在北京召开了《中国医院院长手册》(第2版)编写会,30余位全国各地的院长、专家和学者出席了会议,研究了修订大纲,布置了编写任务。编写人员来自各级各类医院和卫生行政部门,既有医学背景,又在卫生事业管理方面有较深的造诣,不少是研究生导师,还有国外的卫生管理专家、教授参加编写和学术指导,使得修订工作得以圆满完成。 第2版在结构上进行了重新编排,除延续了第1版部分内容外,新增加了《医院管理者的角色》、《医院管理人员培训》、《医院费用的支付方式》、《医院与社区》、《医院的项目计划》、《医院的项目评价》、《医院外事管理》、《医院营销》、《医院病人的满意度测量》、《患者安全》、《医院危机管理》、《循证医学》等章节;许多管理的名词和概念;本书出版以来新发布的与医院管理密切相关的政策法规。对于第1版中质量管理、信息管理、医院建筑、人事管理、财务管理、医疗安全等内容进行了重点修订和完善。 修订后的内容更加实用,既可作为工具书,也可作为教科书,读者群也更加广泛,并不仅仅限于医院院长,可以是各级各类医疗机构的高中层管理人员、卫生行政管理人员、相关院校教学和研究人员,管理专业本科生和研究生以及各类管理培训班的学员等。
