Sheryl Sandberg is chief operating officer at Facebook. Prior to Facebook, she was vice president of Global Online Sales and Operations at Google and chief of staff at the U.S. Treasury Department. Sheryl lives in Northern California with her husband and their two children.

本学渣读“完”的第一本英文书……囧司徒访谈插科打诨过去了，然后是教授介绍要学如何表达不同意等职场软技巧，完全就没在点上，也许只有女读者才能“感同身受”。一开始说是女性自我抑制不追求职业发展，最后说客观上还是不平等的，雇主对女性更严苛，社会对有成就的职业女性更挑剔，queen bee还会压抑worker bee，于是全体女性要团结，不要自己污名化feminist这个词了。用自己的故事串起学术研究和其他个案讲简单的道理广而告之，有闪亮title的人才能这么发挥影响力吧。

开篇提出的，女人降低自己的期望，做大部分的家务，带孩子，牺牲职业目标，为伴侣和尚未存在的孩子让出空间，真是太真实了！贴士：1. 排除恐惧，勇于站出来，做自己想做的事情 2. 建立自信，装也要装出来，装着装着就是真的了，这样才能抓住机会3. 不用取悦每个人，敢于谈条件4.建立长期目标/梦想和18月短期目标，选择让你成长的职场.5. 好的导师和赞助人会让你成长和提升。6.坦诚交流对任何关系都至关重要。7.别提早为孩子（特别是很久后才会出生的）放弃任何职场机会8. 女人挣一半面包，男人做一半家务是正常的事.9. 完成比完美好，工作生活要平衡，鱼和熊掌不可兼得。10.女权主义是争取女人在社会，政治和经济方面的平等。11. 终极平等需要两性努力，更需要女性间的彼此支持。书后提供的注释对性别研究很有用！

太多人推荐过这本书，作者演讲也看过，不知道为什么真的没有太大感觉。作者本来就是很牛逼的大神，一路哈佛谷哥高盛FB这样走下来的，举的例子也是她那个圈子里本来就很牛逼的女性。不过原版的用词真的太简单了，很适合作英语阅读课外读物来看。
