评分基于涓滴理论为富人减税；涓滴理论=先富带动后富~ 虽然言之有理，文笔也赞，但是从实证角度反驳这一理论的研究更加普遍。
评分我觉得深度很一般。因为，税收的理想目的是什么？不谈国防那些方面，就是两个，收入再分配和基础设施建设。这两个也是重要的，始终还是如何权衡。
