著者簡介

理查德·費曼，美國物理學傢，諾貝爾物理學奬得主。生於1918年，成長於紐約的法羅剋維，1942年畢業於普林斯頓大學，拿到瞭博士學位。二戰期間，他是推動原子彈研發的重要人物。戰後，費曼在康奈爾大學和加州理工學院任教。1965年，他因在量子電動力學方麵的研究榮獲諾貝爾物理學奬。除瞭是物理學傢，費曼還是個作傢、藝術傢，擅長演奏手鼓，還能打開各類保險箱。1988年，費曼辭世。

多數演講基本能在YouTube找到視頻。其中令人印象深刻的一些：父親早期教育的巨大影響，參與原子彈研製彈過程的反思，對社會科學研究、美國科學院甚至諾貝爾奬的鄙夷，論數學的重要性(To not know math is a severe limitation to understanding the world)，作為少數堅定無神論科學傢評論宗教的4個'too'(too simple, too connected, too local, too provincial.)以及收尾那段: I think it’s much more interesting to live not knowing than to have answers which might be wrong.

做摘录的时候忽然想到，作者全书一直围绕的坚持科学不确定性，和后来讨论的科学与宗教的关系，如何使坚持怀疑的科学精神和宗教的形而上学共处，其实也可以延伸至平时日常相处中的很多问题。比如和人沟通。感觉这也可以解释为什么很多学术大拿好像人际交往并不在行的原因。因为...
