跟之前看的翻译版相比 改了好多啊!!原文一看全身舒爽 之前那个到底是有多旧翻译是有多差
评分中文名《伯恩斯情绪疗法》。这本书读到30%会发现此前出现的很多陌生词都不陌生了,而且阅读速度和中文差不多(deep reading)。所以关键还是坚持。核心思想是 only your thoughts could make you upset。承认自己的不完美,也不需要完美。你所有对外界的看法,基本是来自你自己当时的情绪(这个我很赞同),还有忽视他人评价(这点我目前在实践),拖延症会加重自我厌恶,细化完成一点点都值得鼓励。
