著者简介
苏珊·斯特兰奇（Susan Strange）已故英国著名学者，是国际政治经济学（IPE）的奠基者。1923年生于英格兰，曾担任过《经济学家》（The Economist）编辑部助理、《观察家报》（The Observer）记者、英国皇家国际事务研究所研究员、伦敦经济学院国际关系学首席教授

评分这本书的观点有很多值得商榷的地方，如果TNC是市场力量的延伸，那么国际组织是否可以看做是国家权力的另一种形态呢？意识形态上的权力制衡其实一直都在，只是国家力量退化的不够彻底，这使得国际组织的力量并未得到充分发挥。不论如何，对于Susan Strange 的崇拜是毋庸置疑的！！！
