断断续续看完了，写得挺好，我觉得主要是讲作为一家公司要有level 5 leader，然后这个leader会召集一帮合适的人，大家会主动的去为公司奉献，需要直面公司的现状，然后找出一个专注的方向大家一起去努力。科技只是助力，并不会是主力。那些合适的人会有自己的discipline约束自己，最后慢慢地flywheel转起来后就完成了good to great的转换了。感触比较深的是那些天天叫唤着transformation的其实并不会有太多的改变，真正的transformation是漫长地不知不觉地。另外找到自己的hedgehog concept也很重要。最后讲到GE的hedgehog concept是他们的领导力，这还挺有意思的。
