著者简介

CLIVE STAPLES LEWIS (1898–1963) was one of the intellectual giants of the twentieth century and arguably one of the most influential writers of his day. He was a Fellow and Tutor in English Literature at Oxford University until 1954. He was unanimously elected to the Chair of Medieval and Renaissance Literature at Cambridge University, a position he held until his retirement. He wrote more than thirty books, allowing him to reach a vast audience, and his works continue to attract thousands of new readers every year. His most distinguished and popular accomplishments include Mere Christianity, Out of the Silent Planet, The Great Divorce, The Screwtape Letters, and the universally acknowledged classics The Chronicles of Narnia. I made a mistake in that I thought this book was the fifth one in the Narnia Series, but it turned out to be the sixth one. The Silver Chair is more interesting than the Prince Caspian. It tells the story of two children, Jill and Eustace trying to look for the long-lost Prince Rilian with the help a solemn Marsh-wiggle Puddleglum.

这本好有趣！主角是一贯的光伟正没什么好说但配角的人设都好棒啊哈哈哈。地下世界的设定也好棒，特别暗黑。目前全系列最喜欢的两本就是这一本和dawn treader。都是世界尽头，一个光明一个暗黑
