Skipped the religious parts. Probably very useful for Christians, but still interesting to non-believers. The part on Affection is very nuanced, and the part on Friendship is beautifully written. The other parts... I didn't really understand them.

the high mystery of love

C.S. Lewis gave some really in depth insights into Love. I am about to finish Ero. He really helps me to see some of the emotions, which I am experiencing yet afraid of, from a new perspective. This is definitely a book worth reading!
