号称是普兰查斯在理论上最大的论战对手。如果硬是要把前者概括为结构主义的国家观，密里本德就属于工具主义的国家观。。。虽然这是一些狗屁教科书的官方解释。。。但如果提出“一种既植根于社会阶级关系、又具有相对自主性的国家概念”好像又木有什么意思。。。
